Job Objective:

To work as part of customer facing team, providing consultancy services and industry best practice business expertise to ensure successful and high-quality project implementations and operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Participate in successful project implementations -

• Define project testing scope, goals and deliverables that support quality goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve testing goals.
• Set and continually manage Testing expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule testing timelines and milestones using appropriate Test Management tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the Test team, analyze results, and communicate problem areas.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Software Experience

• 10+ years’ Experience within Microsoft Dynamics F&O
• Demonstrable relevant Dynamics product knowledge for the role 
• Knowledge of testing methodologies

IT Skills

• Experience with test management tools and knowledge in any one automation testing tools like Selenium, MS-RSAT, Leapwork, Executive Automats, etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and types of testing (e.g., Functional, System Integration, Regression etc)
• Supports development of simple to medium automated test scripts for end-to-end regression testing
• Hands on experience in API testing using tools like Postman/Newman, UFT, SoapUI, etc.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.Develop and execute manual scripts for requirement validation, functional, integration, regression
  Experience in CI Using tools like Azure DevOps
• Assist the test team in the development of all testing-related documentation including: Test Cases/scripts, Test Data, Defect Management, and Test Summary Report
