Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Senior Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer engagement strategies through powerful and scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, document, and deliver high-quality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a core member of the Customer Experience & Engagement (CXE) team, contributing to project success from strategy through delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, business process analysis, and fit-gap assessments with clients.
- Design functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.), aligning with business goals and best practices.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including solution blueprints, configuration design documents, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts, including crafting demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and experience configuring workflows, dashboards, entities, forms, and security roles.
- Familiarity with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210, MB-220).
- Industry-specific CRM experience (e.g., Healthcare, Retail, Finance, etc.).
Exposure to Azure services, integration tools, or other Microsoft ecosystem applications.
