Project Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering support on assigned Digital transformation projects in fast paced, Agile environment. This includes but not limited to

• Create/maintain/monitor project plan, sprint/release plan in MPP/Azure Devops

• Generate status reports and assist Program Manager/Project Manager to prepare meetings with various stakeholders.

• Organize and facilitate meetings as required. Capture action points and track till closure.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent
  • 12 - 16 years of overall industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must Haves

  • Extensive hands-on experience with project plan creation, maintenance and follow up.
  • Hands on experience using tools like MPP, Azure Devops.
  • Attention to detail and organizing capability.
  • Proven experience in tracking project deliverables, KPIs and creating status reports.
  • Experience working in Agile implementations.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Haves

  • An Engineering or equivalent degree is desired.
  • Experience in D365 / ERP implementations is preferred.
  • Experience directly managing small to medium projects.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and create clear action plans.
