- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM both online & on premises versions
- Having an experience 3-6 Yrs. in MS CRM.
- Dynamics CRM/365 Integration/Migration experience (exp. With tools such as SSIS, Scribe etc.)
- Should follow CRM Best Practices
- Must have experience in ASP.NET & C#, Java script, jQuery, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, Web Services
- Experience of automating business processes with workflows
- Should able to work with various plug-ins and webservices
- Should able to implement MS CRM data migration jobs & custom reports using SSRS
- Experience in Dynamics CRM portal development
- Solid hands-on in CRM Configuration (Forms, Fields, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules, Security, Business Process Flows, Plugins, Flows)
- Adequate understanding of CRM business processes/flows across various modules
- Good to have knowledge of Field Service & Project Service Automation
- Good to have Power Apps knowledge
