Focus : 2nd line support to our partners and key customers
Profile : Technical support consultant


Back ground:

  • The dynarent/dynalease team in India is a young team, as historically all Dynarent / Dynalease activities have been performed from the Netherlands.
  • We aim for a senior technical support consultant in our Care team, as he will be the first Technical support consultant in the Ax Dr/DL team, also playing a bit coordination between the 1st line team (right now in the Netherlands) and the DR/DL team in the GDC
  • The main focus should be technical analyses of incoming bugs, issues and requests

Required Skills :


  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX platform
  • Experience of delivering at least 3-4 large AX implementations based on AX 2012
  • Skilled in multiple components of AX/ D365 X++, SSRS, EP, AIF and preferably exposure to C# and .NET.
  • Ability to develop / understand end to end solution (involving multiple applications, network, hardware components)
  • Experience of leading a team in technical leadership role responsible for quality
  • Good knowledge of development processes and project delivery methodology
  • Excellent communication skills and personal maturity. Experience of working with western counterparts / clients desirable.
